GAME PRODUCER
As the game producer for Chick Fight, I played a key role in managing the development process and keeping the project on track. I coordinated team meetings using Doodle to find suitable times for everyone and kept the team informed with regular progress updates via Google Docs. I created detailed game design documents outlining gameplay mechanics, characters, and the overall vision for the game. Task delegation was central to my role, as I assigned responsibilities to our 9-member team based on individual strengths. Communication and collaboration were streamlined through Discord, which helped resolve issues quickly. I also managed file organization on Google Drive to keep our assets in order. For branding and promotional materials, I used Canva and Photoshop to create eye-catching designs. By combining these tools, I ensured the team stayed organized and efficient while bringing Chick Fight to life.
